Application Instructions
Fill out Application on our Application page.  We receive a large
amount of applications and calls, please fill the application out first or
send an e-mail with your inquiry. E-mail is the best way to reach us
since we get an overabundance of inquiries.
After approval you can submit your deposit of 250.00, this can be
done via paypal or by check made out to Golden Beauties Driven to
Doodles, mailed to Stacy Parks Please contact for mailing address
Puppy photos will be sent to you via email and we can speak on the
phone at any time regarding your puppy, please provide us with as
much information as you can so we can fit the right puppy with your
family!
By the age of 6 weeks puppy payment balance (minus deposit) is due,
at that time please speak with us to set up delivery/pick up date of
your puppy.  See the pricing/payment page for details on delivery
charges.
Puppies can go home at 8 weeks (no sooner).  You will receive a
collar, leash, toy and a bag of Life's Abundance dog food that should
last approximately 3 weeks.
